The Lawyer’s Responsibilities Regarding Legal Assistants and Paralegals
This course addresses the growing reliance by law firms on paralegals and other nonlawyers. Participants will learn the responsibilities attorneys have over legal assistants and nonlawyers and will focus on confidentiality, competence, diligence, and a better understanding of potential discipline as a result of failure to train or supervise.
