The Broward County Bar Associations County Court Insurance Section Presents
"Hot Topics in County Civil Evidence."
This presentation will focus on the proper evidentiary basis for prosecuting and opposing a summary judgment motion under new Rule 1.510, as well as the new case management order and how it pertains to specifically delineating exhibits to be used at trial. The judges will also discuss the current case law on the admissibility of IMEs, EUOs, and other business records pertaining to insurance disputes. Finally, the judges will present their viewpoints on the use, admissibility and preservation of evidence in their divisions.
